Role overview
This position owns the long-term technical success of enterprise customers on a unified Data Command Center platform spanning data security posture management, privacy, data security, and AI governance. The engineer acts as the primary technical point of contact across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal cycles, partnering with sales and customer success leadership to drive measurable outcomes for strategic and enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, account setup, stakeholder orientation, administration walkthroughs, and support-channel introductions. - Conduct technical assessments, health checks, and architecture recommendations across DSPM, privacy, data security, and AI governance offerings. - Analyze platform usage and customer environments to surface expansion opportunities and run success-planning and strategy sessions. - Deliver quarterly value and adoption reviews that align business outcomes with product adoption roadmaps. - Detect churn signals early, define mitigation plans, and partner on renewal strategy with actionable technical insights. - Engage CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, and data leadership stakeholders with risk, status, and roadmap updates.
Requirements
- 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Consulting, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer. - Hands-on experience across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures. - Track record of driving adoption programs, conducting technical assessments, and delivering measurable customer outcomes. - Ability to translate business goals into technical adoption roadmaps and quantified value. - Executive-level stakeholder engagement skills with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration. - Preferred certifications include AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, CIPP, or CIPM.
