About this role

Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience with a CI/CD platform such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or TeamCity - Scripting ability in PowerShell, Python, or comparable languages for process automation - Comfort using REST APIs as part of an automation workflow - Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration, including Bash - Practical experience with Docker and Git - Proven ability to collaborate across teams and work autonomously end-to-end - English proficiency suitable for international collaboration
Nice to have - Familiarity with C# and/or C++ build toolchains - Experience with monorepositories, large build artifacts, and cross-platform toolchains - Infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Ansible - Maintaining RPM repositories or working with NuGet and Conan package management - Virtualization platforms and monitoring stacks such as Grafana or Prometheus
Benefits and work setup - 26 paid days off plus 4 additional wellness days and 24 paid volunteer hours per year - Paid parental, maternity, and paternity leave - Family medical plan, dental, rehabilitation, and vaccinations covered - Life, critical illness, and disability insurance along with an employer pension contribution - Meal allowance and a fully covered multi-sport facility membership - Up to 12 free therapy sessions annually, plus legal and financial advice - Learning support through on-demand libraries, mentoring, workshops, and internal learning events - Remote work is limited to candidates based in Poland
