Senior Product Designer

Role overview Design polished, understandable product interfaces for a technical platform used by business customers. You will take work from discovery and early concepts through detailed UI delivery, partnering closely with frontend engineers and coordinating with product, engineering, and brand stakeholders. The role calls for turning complex technical requirements into clear experiences for users such as engineers and platform teams.

Responsibilities - Design product flows and visual interfaces from initial concept through implementation-ready detail. - Work day to day with frontend engineers to scope design work and support execution; consult backend engineers to understand constraints. - Research technical requirements and proposed solutions through user research, competitive review, and other discovery methods. - Clarify ambiguous requests with product and engineering leaders and establish a coherent design direction. - Coordinate with brand design to keep the product interface consistent with the broader visual identity.

Requirements - At least 2 years designing UI or product experiences for B2B software, ideally for engineers, DevOps, or platform teams. - Ability to learn and understand software engineering concepts through research, interest, or practical experience. - User-centered approach grounded in the needs and context of the intended audience. - Strong visual judgment and ability to create clear, attractive interfaces using current UI conventions. - Willingness to study technical documentation and experiment independently in a specialized domain. - Clear communication skills, including presenting and explaining design decisions and questioning assumptions constructively.

Nice to have - Experience designing cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, or other infrastructure products. - Experience working autonomously in an early-stage organization.
