Product Designer, AI-Native Products (Staff-Level / L6)

Role overview Lead design for conversational and agentic product experiences that help people learn, practise skills, and take part in workplace workflows. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll shape the direction of these experiences, influence product decisions, and make complex AI capabilities feel clear, useful, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities - Own major design initiatives from framing the user problem through launch and continued improvement. - Set a design vision for conversational learning and related product surfaces, keeping experiences coherent across the product. - Partner with product and engineering leaders to define design principles, quality standards, and success measures. - Prototype and test new conversational and AI-driven interaction patterns, choosing the right level of fidelity for each question. - Design feedback and guidance that help users understand AI outputs, spot issues, and refine results with confidence. - Raise the bar for interaction and visual design, systems thinking, and consistency across AI experiences.

Requirements - Significant experience designing complex, widely used product experiences; AI products, agentic features, or conversational interfaces are especially relevant. - Strong interaction and visual design craft, with examples of shipped work that improved the user experience. - Ability to bring clarity and direction to ambiguous, fast-changing problem spaces. - Understanding of how AI capabilities, model constraints, and product architecture shape feasible user experiences. - Clear communication and effective collaboration in design reviews and cross-functional decisions. - Experience designing for trust, transparency, and user control, informed by user feedback and the needs of enterprise customers.
