Senior Product Designer

Role overview Shape the experience of a technical platform by turning complex engineering needs into clear, polished product interfaces. You’ll work closely with frontend engineers and product and engineering leaders, from early discovery through design delivery, while building a strong understanding of the platform’s users and technical constraints.

Responsibilities - Design product flows and interface details, from initial concepts to implementation-ready designs. - Partner day to day with frontend engineers to scope and deliver design work, and consult backend engineers on feasibility. - Research user needs, technical requirements, and competing approaches using methods such as UX studies and competitive research. - Translate ambiguous requirements into a clear design direction with product and engineering stakeholders. - Coordinate with brand designers to keep the product’s visual language consistent.

Requirements - At least two years designing UI or product experiences for B2B software. - Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, including through documentation and independent research. - A user-focused approach that accounts for the needs of the product’s specific audience. - Strong visual design judgment and familiarity with modern interface patterns. - Clear communication skills, including presenting and explaining design decisions and questioning assumptions constructively.

Nice to have - Experience designing for cloud platforms, DevOps, Kubernetes, or other tools used by engineers. - Experience working autonomously in an early-stage organization.
