Role overview A 12-month fixed-term, fully benefited role embedded across a national nonprofit that improves access to equitable contraceptive care in primary care settings. The position is a hands-on, forward-deployed AI Enablement Manager reporting to the Director of Data, Analytics and Technology, working directly with program delivery, partnerships, development, finance, marketing, communications, and the technology team itself.
Responsibilities - Embed with teams to map end-to-end workflows, surface undocumented processes, and pinpoint where AI can remove manual work - Prioritize AI and automation opportunities by impact, feasibility, adoption potential, and risk, including recommending against AI when simpler fixes suffice - Design, build, test, and deploy practical AI-enabled solutions such as prompts, skills, agents, automations, and lightweight applications - Build a reusable library of prompts, skills, templates, and workflow components so solutions compound across the organization - Lead tool evaluations, guardrails, and cost stewardship to keep the AI footprint responsible and sustainable - Develop training and resources that raise AI fluency organization-wide and stay with solutions through adoption and measurement
Requirements - Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clearly defined use cases and build plans - Experience prototyping rapidly, putting working tools in front of real users, and iterating based on feedback - Strong judgment on what is worth building, and where AI is the wrong answer - Skill partnering with data, analytics, and technology teams to transition validated prototypes into supported production solutions
