This is a hands-on builder role focused on moving rapidly from problem framing to prototype to shipped customer value within a hyper-agile, AI-accelerated operating model. - 5+ years of software product management experience - Previous accountancy background or hands-on experience building ERP or accounting software for architecture, engineering, or construction customers - Proven success acting as the product lead inside a tightly embedded, cross-functional delivery model - Experience operating in a hyper-agile or AI-accelerated product development environment - Ability to reason about data models, information retrieval methods, and data flows, and to use analytics to inform product and business decisions - Strong planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and storytelling skills, with the willingness to travel to customer, partner, and field events
Nice to have
- Accounting or finance background, including CPA certification - Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or AI-assisted authoring of product requirements and prototypes - Familiarity with modern AI product-development tooling and MCP-connected workflows
Benefits and work setup
- Salary range of $135,000 to $150,000 per year - Eligibility for employee equity and discretionary bonus compensation - Participation in the employer's benefits plans and programs - Hybrid field expectations with travel to customer sites, partner locations, and industry conferences
