Job details
About this role
Role overview Own product direction for a defined domain in an enterprise resource planning product serving architecture, engineering, and construction workflows. You will work closely with development, UX, QA, and subject-matter experts, moving from customer problem discovery to prototypes, delivery, and post-launch learning in a fast, AI-assisted development environment.
Responsibilities - Lead the product problem-to-requirements process, from framing and discovery through prototyping, validation, delivery, and iteration. - Shape a roadmap around customer outcomes and strategic opportunities rather than a list of features. - Use customer and market insight to define requirements, prototypes, and launch-ready product work. - Apply AI-assisted workflows to accelerate development, while reviewing quality and maintaining useful product context for the domain. - Build understanding of user needs across a multi-product business and follow competitive and market developments in relevant industries. - Define success measures and feedback loops for AI-enabled experiences, support pilots and training, and use adoption data to improve products.
Requirements - At least 3 years of software product management experience. - Accounting experience or experience building ERP or accounting software for architecture, engineering, and construction customers. - Experience leading product work in a close, cross-functional delivery team and in an agile or AI-accelerated environment. - Ability to turn customer and market findings into clear requirements and product capabilities, then support launch and adoption. - Comfort with analytics, data models, information retrieval, technical architecture, and mapping data flows. - Strong planning, execution, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills; familiarity with responsible AI practices. - Willingness to travel to customer or partner sites, conferences, and other field events.
Nice to have - Accounting or finance background, including CPA certification. - Practical experience with agent workflows, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or AI-assisted product design and prototyping.
Benefits and work setup The listed annual salary range is $109,650–$129,000. The role may also include equity, discretionary bonus compensation, and participation in employee benefit plans.
