Senior Transformation Manager

Role overview Lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects from early definition through implementation, helping teams turn business goals into measurable outcomes. As part of an enterprise project office, this role guides operational change, manages risks and dependencies, and supports leaders in improving processes and business models.

Responsibilities - Work with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and expected outcomes. - Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and surface risks with practical recommendations. - Apply transformation methods to document and improve processes, define future states, assess gaps, and map stakeholders. - Coordinate governance, confidentiality commitments, communications, stakeholder engagement, and change activities. - Bring functional teams together to address dependencies, collaboration opportunities, and downstream effects. - Facilitate problem-solving and executive decisions, and improve transformation practices using project learnings and AI-enabled analysis.

Requirements - 8+ years of experience in transformation, project management, or change management for large-scale initiatives. - Experience with project and change management methods, tools, and frameworks, including digital transformation approaches. - Strategic judgment, business understanding, and strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to guide executive discussions, build consensus, and translate business needs into defined initiatives. - Skill in identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks in complex or ambiguous work. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication, with the ability to work across teams and leadership levels. - Demonstrated use of AI and advanced analytics to improve decisions, efficiency, or transformation work.

Benefits and work setup The listed base salary range is $93,250–$166,250, with eligibility for a bonus plan.
