Senior Product Manager, Cleared

Role overview A Senior Product Manager is needed to lead product development for an internal research initiative focused on an agentic AI orchestration platform aimed at high-stakes government missions. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, design, data science, and capture teams, shaping the product vision for applications such as collection management, intelligence analysis, decision support, and cyber operations. This is a cleared position suited to an entrepreneurial product leader motivated by complex, mission-driven work.

Responsibilities - Partner with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teammates to define and evolve the product vision for the agentic AI orchestrator - Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and rapidly prototype ideas to build a prioritized backlog and roadmap - Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to design, build, and iterate on agentic AI features - Write clear, well-scoped user stories that deliver tangible slices of user value every sprint - Engage stakeholders throughout the innovation process, communicating progress, decisions, and outcomes - Champion a user-centered culture, advocate for solving customer problems through product capabilities, and coordinate with peer product managers to build cross-product value

Requirements - Demonstrated experience collaborating with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to ship intuitive user experiences - Hands-on experience working with data scientists to integrate AI into a product pipeline - Track record of partnering with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to solve hard, ambiguous problems - Strong product management fundamentals, including discovery and delivery tooling and the ability to build rapid prototypes - Experience operating within scrum or kanban on cross-functional teams - Collaborative team mindset oriented toward what is best for the product

Nice to have - Experience creating products for government users, including environments with constrained technology access - Systems-thinking experience applied to platform technologies, including modular or configuration-driven software development - Background in advanced analytics, natural language processing, large language models, or generative AI - Interest in supporting missions that counter foreign adversaries through intelligence analysis and cyber operations
