- Design and maintain REST API integrations between Salesforce and platforms including Gong, HubSpot, and Salesloft, including bi-directional Salesforce–HubSpot sync.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application, integration, automation, and data issues.
- Maintain high test coverage, follow platform best practices around governor limits, bulkification, security, and scalability, and participate in Git-based CI/CD workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain documentation for customizations and integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

- Significant experience building Lightning Web Components.
- Experience designing and maintaining REST API integrations.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data and security models, governor limits, and platform architecture.
- Experience with Git and Bitbucket, branching, pull requests, and code reviews, plus Salesforce CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Copado, or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders; must be authorized to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification and Sales Cloud consultant credentials.
- Background in Java or Python for integrations, automation, or backend services.
Benefits and work setup
- Compensation range of $140,000 to $165,000 annually.
- Remote US-based role with a distributed global team.
- Equity participation, unlimited vacation with manager approval, and 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents (8 weeks for non-delivering parents).
