Role overview A senior product manager role shaping the next generation of identity products that deliver secure, developer-first authentication and authorization experiences. The position blends startup-style ownership with the scale of a large platform, including emerging agentic and non-human identity use cases.
Responsibilities - Design identity platform capabilities supporting both agentic and human identity use cases. - Partner with product and engineering leadership to translate customer needs into a clear roadmap. - Align cross-functional teams, unblock initiatives, and drive shared product direction. - Author PRFAQs and product requirement documents while collaborating with engineering and design on delivery. - Enable go-to-market teams to position new capabilities for customer adoption. - Navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems, and design developer experiences that feel effortless.
Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience, or 2+ years in product management plus 3+ years in an engineering role. - Demonstrated experience building deeply technical products and/or products aimed at developers. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have - Background in identity and access management. - Experience building developer tools or SDKs. - A builder mindset with a track record of shipping hands-on work.
