About this role

Role overview This Senior Product Manager role owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of enterprise imaging diagnostic products, spanning diagnostic workflows, imaging capabilities, orchestration, AI integration, cloud initiatives, and interoperability solutions. It is a senior, cross-functional leadership position partnering with clinicians, engineering, UX, regulatory, sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders. The work covers the full product lifecycle from concept and commercialisation through launch, adoption, enhancement, and retirement.

Responsibilities - Own product vision, strategy, business case, and roadmap for the enterprise imaging diagnostic portfolio. - Serve as the primary business owner for prioritisation, scope decisions, release content, and portfolio outcomes. - Conduct market and competitive research, engaging radiologists, imaging leaders, and clinical stakeholders to translate needs into product strategy. - Lead requirements definition, including user stories, workflow specifications, and acceptance criteria, in partnership with engineering, architecture, UX, quality, and regulatory teams. - Prioritise development initiatives based on customer value, strategic importance, business impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations. - Develop pricing, packaging, positioning, and value proposition recommendations with commercial leadership, and partner on go-to-market, enablement, and strategic customer engagements.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, computer science, engineering, clinical sciences, informatics, or equivalent practical experience. - 7+ years in healthcare IT, enterprise imaging, PACS, radiology informatics, or healthcare software. - 5+ years of product management experience covering strategy, roadmap, requirements, and lifecycle ownership. - Track record taking commercial healthcare software from concept through release and ongoing enhancement. - Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams using agile methods. - Working knowledge of DICOM, HL7, FHIR, cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, and healthcare IT ecosystems. - Strong financial and business acumen including business cases, ROI analysis, and investment recommendations.
