Manager, Product Management

Role overview A senior individual contributor and team lead role combining product management with hands-on master data management (MDM) operations. You will own a roadmap of platform capabilities that shorten implementation time, while also running an internal production instance of the company's MDM platform as a strategic asset. It is a player-coach position that splits time between shipping software and operating data infrastructure.

Responsibilities - Own and evolve a product roadmap focused on reducing time-to-value across the core platform and its development environment. - Translate friction from professional services delivery, partners, and internal users into scoped requirements and user stories. - Partner with engineering to prioritize and ship features such as guided configuration workflows, IDE productivity tools, validation tooling, and template-driven setup. - Build and maintain a curated library of implementation accelerators, including configuration templates, data model patterns, and integration scaffolding. - Operate and expand the company's internal MDM deployment, expanding master data coverage and enabling agentic access to trusted, unified data. - Lead a small team of analysts and implementation specialists, balancing hands-on contribution with coaching and coordination.

Requirements - Hands-on experience with a production MDM platform, including entity configuration, matching and survivorship rules, data pipelines, the platform's IDE, and API behavior. - Product management experience owning a roadmap, writing requirements, and shipping software with measurable post-launch outcomes. - Background in SaaS implementation or professional services, delivering complex data or MDM solutions. - Experience administering a production MDM environment, including data quality and governance. - Comfort reading and writing configuration JSON, scripting, and prototyping tooling. - Demonstrated success leading small teams and excellent written communication for PRDs, runbooks, and documentation.

Nice to have - Familiarity with agentic AI patterns and how AI agents consume structured master data via APIs. - Experience with other MDM platforms such as Informatica, Tibco, or Profisee. - Domain exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or B2B customer data.
