About this role
Role overview Design learning experiences that help a distributed sales organization build skills, ramp up, and apply product and sales knowledge in customer conversations. The work combines instructional design, sales enablement, and practical use of AI, with learning paths and resources tailored to sellers’ roles and needs.
Responsibilities - Use language models and AI authoring tools to develop and refine courses, pitch guides, practice scenarios, and other learning materials. - Build interactive simulations with AI personas so sellers can rehearse discovery calls, objection handling, and customer conversations. - Choose learning formats grounded in adult learning principles, and turn complex product and market information into practical guidance. - Partner with sales, product marketing, and revenue operations teams to align learning paths with role competencies, launches, and sales methods. - Create in-workflow references such as FAQs and playbooks, and personalize learning based on role, tenure, performance, and skill gaps. - Evaluate program outcomes and tool adoption; improve content using learning, ramp-time, and sales performance measures.
Requirements - 3–5 or more years in instructional design, learning experience design, or sales enablement, ideally in B2B software or technology. - Advanced prompt-writing skills with language models for curriculum design, scenarios, and content development. - Experience with AI-enabled learning or roleplay platforms and media creation tools; familiarity with tools such as Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar is relevant. - Strong skills with learning authoring and creative tools, and examples of engaging, application-focused learning work. - Understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer types, and revenue measures. - Strong sales-oriented writing and visual communication, with curiosity about using emerging tools to improve creative output.
