Role overview
Lead a multidisciplinary creative function and shape how a healthcare organization expresses its brand across campaigns, digital channels, content, motion, events, partnerships, and physical settings. The role sets creative direction and quality standards while building the team, practices, and cross-functional partnerships needed to deliver accurate, cohesive work at scale.
Responsibilities - Translate brand and business strategy into a distinctive creative vision, principles, and standards across channels. - Direct major campaigns, launches, partnerships, and brand initiatives while enabling creative leads to own their programs. - Build and develop a multidisciplinary team, clarify accountability, and identify when to hire, use agencies, or engage independent partners. - Plan creative priorities, capacity, and resources with senior and cross-functional leaders; communicate tradeoffs and risks. - Partner with marketing, growth, product design, clinical, commercial, and customer experience teams to make work compelling and appropriate for a healthcare setting. - Establish scalable creative workflows and maintain a cohesive brand as audiences and offerings evolve.
Requirements - Senior creative leadership experience directing brand expression across multiple disciplines and channels. - A strong creative point of view and the ability to turn business strategy into high-quality work. - Experience leading and developing teams, setting clear ownership, and supporting independent creative leadership. - Skill in portfolio planning, prioritization, resourcing, and balancing organizational demand with team capacity. - Ability to collaborate with varied subject-matter experts and ensure creative work is accurate and suited to its context.
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare, health technology, medical technology, wellness, or another regulated industry is preferred.
Benefits and work setup
Fully remote for candidates authorized to work in the United States; occasional travel may be needed. The stated base salary range is $180,000–$210,000 in local currency, depending on experience and location.
