About this role
Role overview A communications platform is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its Voice Media team, which builds the low-latency media infrastructure behind global Voice services. The role combines deep systems engineering leadership with people management, focusing on architecture, reliability, and performance for systems that process billions of media streams. It is a remote position based on the East Coast of the United States, with occasional in-person gatherings.
