Role overview
This is a senior product leadership role guiding a portfolio of enterprise tools that help homebuilders design, estimate, and sell production homes more efficiently. The position sits at the intersection of consumer-facing configuration experiences and operational workflows that connect drafters, homebuyers, suppliers, and estimators into a single journey.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of product managers, developing craft and leadership across the portfolio. - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise workflows spanning design, showroom, and estimating. - Shape end-to-end experiences that allow drafters to design homes, buyers to select and configure them, and estimators to generate takeoffs. - Define and own key metrics across the builder and buyer journey, including conversion, engagement, adoption, and overall business impact, while driving product-led growth. - Partner with internal teams to simplify customer onboarding and bring validated capabilities to market. - Mentor product managers and track emerging trends in AI, recommendation systems, visualization, supplier workflows, and residential construction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multiple product areas or teams. - 4+ years of people management experience coaching and developing product managers. - A record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes across customer experience, operations, or commerce workflows, with product-led growth experience. - Strong design judgment paired with product thinking, producing intuitive and scalable experiences. - Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM partners. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort operating across ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Background in consumer products, marketplaces, ecommerce, purchasing, or supplier workflows. - Experience with construction technology, homebuilding, design software, or related vertical products. - Familiarity with AI-powered workflows, recommendation systems, visualization tools, or estimating products.
