Product Manager, Stablecoin & Digital Assets

Role overview This product role owns the strategy and roadmap for stablecoins and digital assets inside a global business finance platform that spans corporate cards, cross-border payments, and spend management. The work centers on turning blockchain rails into practical infrastructure for treasury and cross-border workflows across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. It is aimed at a product leader who is genuinely embedded in the stablecoin ecosystem and ready to ship institutional-grade, regulator-aware products at scale.

Responsibilities - Own the stablecoin product roadmap, deciding which rails to build on, which stablecoins to support, and how they slot into payments and treasury flows - Drive the full lifecycle from ideation through launch, partnering closely with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams - Build products that let businesses send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and other local currency corridors - Design seamless on-ramp and off-ramp flows that feel like ordinary banking to users who have never touched crypto - Embed compliance requirements such as AML/KYC, Travel Rule, and transaction monitoring into the product from the start - Evaluate wallet infrastructure, custodians, and key management options against institutional security standards - Manage partnerships with stablecoin issuers, liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners, and enable sales and customer success teams to win CFO and treasury deals

Requirements - 4+ years of product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, cross-border payments company, or fintech building on blockchain rails - Deep stablecoin expertise across issuance and redemption mechanics, reserve models, on-chain settlement, and how stablecoins interact with treasury flows and FX - Strong understanding of fiat rails including ACH, wires, RTP, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, and SPEI, plus reconciliation and settlement timing - Blockchain infrastructure literacy across EVM chains, Solana, Layer 2s, wallet architecture, key management, and custody - Regulatory fluency across AML/KYC frameworks, Travel Rule, MiCA, US state-by-state licensing, and jurisdiction-specific compliance - Analytical rigor with SQL, dashboards, and data-driven business cases, plus the ability to write strategy memos and product specs that align cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have - Track record of owning complex, regulated financial products from concept through production scale - Existing relationships across the stablecoin ecosystem with issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, or regulators - Experience with multi-market products serving LatAm, US, and European customers - Familiarity with developer platforms, API design, and ecosystem-driven products - Background in traditional payments or banking
