Senior Product Manager (Learning Experience)

Role overview A Senior Product Manager role leading the Learning Experience squad of a remote-first cybersecurity training platform with a community of more than 8 million learners. The remit covers strategy, discovery and delivery for the core learning experience, with a strong innovation lens on where AI can meaningfully enhance cybersecurity education. The PM partners directly with founders and the leadership team, drives experimentation, and leads cross-functional squads from problem definition through shipped, measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities - Lead the Learning Experience squad end-to-end, owning vision, strategy, prioritisation and delivery. - Run product discovery combining qualitative research with deep behavioural and usage data to understand learner needs. - Define when AI suggests, automates or stays silent, and ship the affordances that make this clear to users. - Use AI tools alongside design to rapidly prototype, ideate and validate new learning experiences. - Define requirements for AI-first features and partner with Engineering to bring them to life. - Design and run A/B experiments to test ideas and validate assumptions across the growth funnel. - Represent Learning Experience in company-wide roadmap planning and report progress to leadership. - Lead multiple projects in parallel with different stakeholders, keeping backlogs, documentation and sprints on track.

Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software, with strong ownership of a product area. - Proven track record shipping and scaling complex, high-impact 0-1 features from ambiguous problem statements to launched outcomes. - Strong AI product expertise, including tool and model selection, workflow design and evaluation for quality, accuracy and edge cases. - Strong product leadership skills: data analysis, user research, writing, feature lifecycle management and insight-driven decisions. - Highly autonomous and organised, with experience running multiple projects and sprints, prioritising effectively and driving execution. - Strong stakeholder and discovery skills, comfortable influencing senior leadership, running workshops and aligning cross-functional teams.

Nice to have - Experience in EdTech or learning products, with a good grasp of pedagogy and instructional design. - Experience running experiments for SaaS businesses at different stages of a growth funnel. - A passion for cybersecurity. - Experience with game development.
