Project Manager

Role overview A delivery-focused project management role coordinating multiple client products inside a small, founder-led software studio that ships web, mobile, and AI products for an international customer base. The role acts as the operational backbone between engineers, designers, and global clients, keeping work sharp, scoped, and on schedule.

Responsibilities - Scope and plan work across several concurrent client products, balancing priorities and capacity. - Run sprints, standups, and delivery rituals that keep engineering and design teams unblocked. - Act as the trusted communication bridge between technical team members and global clients. - Track progress, risks, and dependencies across projects and surface them early. - Maintain delivery cadence so products ship on time and to a high standard of craft.

Requirements - Demonstrated experience managing software delivery across multiple client-facing projects. - Comfort working with engineers and designers on web, mobile, and AI products. - Strong written and verbal communication with international stakeholders across time zones. - Working knowledge of agile practices, sprint planning, and scope management. - Ability to keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping detail.

Nice to have - Background in a small studio, agency, or product consultancy environment. - Familiarity with the practical realities of remote-first delivery.
