Role overview A B2B Product Manager focused on growth is needed to shape how organisations discover, evaluate, and adopt a cybersecurity training platform. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success, owning initiatives that accelerate acquisition, improve activation and conversion, lift retention, and unlock new monetisation opportunities.
Responsibilities - Own product initiatives across the B2B growth funnel, from acquisition through expansion and retention. - Identify growth opportunities using quantitative data, customer research, sales feedback, and market insights. - Design, prioritise, and execute high-impact experiments, measuring outcomes and sharing learnings across the business. - Partner with marketing to improve website conversion, campaign landing pages, and lead generation experiences. - Collaborate with sales and customer success to remove friction from the buying journey and lift customer adoption. - Develop features and internal tooling that help commercial teams scale, and define success metrics to inform roadmap decisions.
Requirements - 3+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or software business. - Track record of owning product initiatives that drive measurable business growth. - Strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer journeys, including acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
Nice to have - Experience improving conversion across marketing websites, onboarding flows, or trial experiences. - Experience working on pricing, packaging, or monetisation initiatives. - Background in EdTech, cybersecurity, or developer tooling. - Familiarity with SQL or product analytics beyond standard dashboarding.
