Join a fully remote product team as a Product Manager focused on the learning experience of a fast-growing cybersecurity training platform. This role leads a cross-functional squad dedicated to improving the core learner journey, with a strong emphasis on blending pedagogical thinking with AI-driven product innovation. The position suits someone who enjoys owning a strategic product area and shaping how millions of learners engage with hands-on security education.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery using qualitative research and behavioural usage data to deeply understand learner needs. - Own and evolve the vision for a world-class cybersecurity learning experience, including where AI can meaningfully enhance it. - Define clear guidelines for when AI should suggest, automate, or stay silent, and ship user-facing affordances accordingly. - Partner with design and engineering to rapidly prototype and deliver AI-first features. - Run A/B experiments to validate ideas and measure impact across the growth funnel. - Drive sprint planning and delivery for the squad while managing multiple parallel projects and stakeholders. - Represent the learning experience area in company-wide roadmap planning and leadership reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software, with ownership of a meaningful product area. - Proven track record of shipping and scaling complex 0-to-1 features from ambiguous problem to measurable outcome. - Strong AI product expertise, including selecting tools or models, designing workflows, and evaluating quality and edge cases. - Solid product leadership skills across data analysis, user research, writing, and feature lifecycle management. - Highly autonomous, organised, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams. - Genuine passion for cybersecurity and learning.
Nice to have
- Background in EdTech, learning products, pedagogy, or instructional design. - Experience running experiments for SaaS businesses at different stages of a growth funnel. - Game development experience.
