About this role

Role overview Support a product organization that builds software for veterinary practices and pet owners, helping clinical teams focus on patient care. This associate-level role sits between product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams, translating user feedback into action and keeping launches, documentation, and cross-functional workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities - Coordinate go-to-market activities alongside product managers, onboarding, and support teams, including training materials and post-launch adoption tracking. - Lead discussions with integration partners and engineering staff, overseeing the rollout of new integrations. - Collect and organize qualitative feedback from clinics, pet parents, and internal stakeholders, surfacing themes that shape product decisions. - Draft and maintain product requirement documents, user stories, release notes, and internal process guides. - Monitor product performance dashboards, flag anomalies, and compile recurring reports on KPIs. - Help manage sprint planning logistics, backlog grooming, and cross-team communication, and assist with QA testing, bug documentation, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree. - 1+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related role. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail. - Comfort working with data, including spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic analytics tools. - Highly organized, able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. - Genuine curiosity about how software products are built and used.

Nice to have - Exposure to SaaS products, healthcare or veterinary technology, or customer-facing roles.

Benefits and work setup - The posted U.S. base pay range is roughly $70,000–$110,000 per year, with a Colorado-specific range of $75,000–$105,000, plus bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Visa sponsorship is not available. Employment is contingent on passing a background check.
