Technical Support Engineer - Digital Marketing - DR (Remote)

Role overview A remote Technical Support Engineer opening for candidates based in the Dominican Republic, joining the centralized technology support group of a global marketing and digital transformation organization. The role centers on diagnosing issues across enterprise systems and cloud platforms, supporting internal users, and steadily improving reliability in a globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities - Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, systems, and infrastructure. - Investigate incidents and service requests, resolve them directly or escalate appropriately, and track them through to closure. - Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based services, with operational support for AWS and/or Azure environments. - Work with internal technology teams on complex issues that span multiple systems or layers. - Record troubleshooting steps, solutions, and procedures that build the team's shared knowledge. - Detect recurring issues and contribute to support-process and reliability improvements. - Translate technical details into clear updates for both technical and non-technical audiences while following established security and operational procedures.

Requirements - Based in the Dominican Republic or elsewhere in LATAM with a stable remote work setup. - Senior experience in technical support, IT support, systems administration, cloud support, or a related discipline. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across applications, systems, and infrastructure. - Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, especially AWS and/or Azure. - Grounding in cloud infrastructure and common enterprise IT environments. - Experience using ticketing, incident management, or ITSM workflows. - Strong written and verbal English communication, with the ability to prioritize across multiple active requests.

Nice to have - Exposure to networking, scripting, monitoring, or automation tooling.
