Technical Support Engineer - Digital Marketing - Colombia (Remote)

Role overview A remote Technical Support Engineer position based in Colombia, embedded in a centralized technology team that supports enterprise applications and cloud environments for a global marketing and digital transformation organization. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, incident response, and process improvement across a distributed global environment.

Responsibilities - Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, systems, and underlying infrastructure. - Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents and service requests, escalating when needed and following through to closure. - Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based services, with day-to-day support for AWS and/or Azure environments. - Partner with internal technology teams to resolve complex cross-stack issues. - Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and runbooks that improve operational knowledge. - Spot recurring issues and contribute to support-process and reliability improvements. - Explain technical issues clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders while following established security and operational procedures.

Requirements - Based in Colombia or elsewhere in LATAM with reliable connectivity. - Senior-level experience in technical support, IT support, systems administration, cloud support, or a related technical discipline. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across applications, systems, and infrastructure. - Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, particularly AWS and/or Azure. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts and common enterprise IT environments. - Working knowledge of ticketing, incident management, or ITSM processes. - Clear written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to prioritize across multiple open requests.
