About this role

Role overview A remote Technical Account Manager role based in the DACH region, partnering with strategic enterprise customers to drive adoption of a process orchestration platform. The position blends technical advisory work with relationship management, helping clients unlock measurable business value from onboarding through scale. It sits within a customer success organization that supports enterprise deployments of AI-augmented workflow tooling.

Responsibilities - Act as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise accounts throughout their adoption lifecycle. - Design and execute tailored technical adoption plans that align platform capabilities with customer business objectives. - Deliver hands-on guidance, best practices, and architectural advice to both technical and business stakeholders from onboarding through ongoing operations. - Proactively run platform and solution health checks, manage escalations, and advocate for customer priorities internally. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer success, consulting, support, engineering, product, and pre-sales to drive outcomes at scale. - Travel on-site to key accounts for milestone meetings as needed, with periods of up to 50% travel during busy phases.

Requirements - Proven experience in a technical account management, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing engineering role supporting enterprise clients. - Strong understanding of enterprise software platforms, ideally involving workflow automation, integration, or orchestration technologies. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible guidance for varied stakeholder audiences. - Track record of managing escalations, mitigating risk, and driving adoption across multi-stakeholder environments. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in German and English for the DACH market. - Comfortable working in a remote, globally distributed organization with periodic travel.

Nice to have - Familiarity with process modeling notations (BPMN, DMN) or low-code orchestration concepts. - Exposure to AI, agentic automation, or large-scale enterprise integration landscapes. - Experience supporting customers in regulated industries such as banking or insurance.

Benefits and work setup - Fully remote position with global team collaboration. - Generous paid time off, including a flexible time-off policy, plus a workspace support allowance. - Annual company kickoff events and team offsites, with a budget for in-person meetups and local gatherings. - Locally tailored healthcare, a global mental wellbeing program, and a lifestyle spending account for activities such as family care, personal development, and wellbeing. - Retirement and pension plans, plus life and disability insurance where applicable. - Annual learning and development allowance for self-directed courses, certifications, or books.
