Group Product Manager, Onchain Compliance

Role overview Lead the product direction and delivery of an onchain compliance portfolio serving financial institutions, fintechs, crypto businesses, and regulators. This is a player-coach role: you’ll develop a team of Product Managers while personally owning a small number of high-impact initiatives and the portfolio’s adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities - Set the portfolio vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable definitions of success. - Hire, coach, and develop Product Managers; give direct feedback and address delivery risks early. - Personally prototype and ship critical initiatives, including building AI agents where useful. - Build customer relationships, contribute to strategic sales, and turn customer needs into roadmap decisions. - Report performance and risks to leadership using clear metrics, and coordinate across teams to unblock work.

Requirements - Track record owning complex enterprise products from discovery through launch and measurable business impact. - Experience building and growing a team of Product Managers, with examples of improving a team member’s performance. - Practical ability to build and demonstrate AI agents and use AI to accelerate product work. - Sound product judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete information and deliver quickly. - Strong communication, cross-functional influence, and metrics-based planning and reporting. - Experience building customer relationships, understanding financial and regulatory workflows, and owning adoption, retention, or revenue outcomes.

Benefits and work setup The listed US base salary range is $230,000–$245,000, with possible equity participation; pay may vary by location, skills, and experience. The distributed research and development team typically meets in person for work weeks one to two times per quarter. Approved travel, lodging, and workspace are covered, and accommodations are available for caregiving, health, immigration, and similar needs.
