Project Manager

Role overview Lead customer onboarding and software integration projects for a global logistics platform, guiding work from initial scoping through launch and follow-up support. You will connect customer teams with technical and development partners, balancing system configuration, adoption, delivery timelines, and project budgets.

Responsibilities - Own end-to-end carrier onboarding and integration projects, tracking delivery against timelines and budgets. - Run customer workshops to define project scope, system configuration, and technical requirements. - Coordinate requirements and issues with engineering and development teams, including through Jira. - Provide advanced customer support and practical training to help users adopt the platform and resolve post-launch issues. - Track project margins and billable work while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Requirements - Professional fluency in English and strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience in project management, software integrations, or advanced customer support. - Technical understanding of software interfaces, APIs, databases, and data workflows. - Familiarity with transportation, freight, or logistics.

Nice to have - A bachelor’s degree in business or a related technical field. - PRINCE2 or comparable project management training or certification. - Experience with enterprise resource planning systems or ticketing tools such as Jira.
