Product Manager - AI Finance

Role overview Own a product area within a consumer finance portfolio that may span insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel. The role combines user research and product direction with hands-on delivery: define what to build, work closely with design and engineering to launch it, and use results to guide the next iteration.

Responsibilities - Identify customer problems and set product scope, success measures, roadmap, and launch plans. - Coordinate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business partners. - Shape clear customer journeys for complex financial services. - Use research, behavioral data, customer feedback, and production issues to inform decisions. - Ship features, monitor their performance, and improve them after launch. - Balance delivery speed and usability with business goals, compliance needs, and operational constraints.

Requirements - Experience as a product manager, product owner, founder, growth or product operator, or in a comparable role. - Strong product judgment and skill in simplifying complex workflows. - Ability to work closely with engineering and design to deliver functioning products. - Comfort using metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning to make decisions. - Clear writing, sound prioritization, and effective stakeholder management. - Ownership and ability to move work forward with limited guidance. - Strong English communication skills for collaboration across distributed teams.

Nice to have Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or a high-growth product environment.
