About this role

Role overview Build practical AI-enabled tools and automated workflows that help marketing teams plan and run campaigns more efficiently. You will work across product marketing, creative, content, demand generation, and data, taking solutions from workflow discovery and pilot through ongoing use. The focus is on reusable systems that marketers can operate themselves, supported by measurement and iteration.

Responsibilities - Design workflows that connect campaign work across product marketing, design, content, and demand generation. - Assess AI tools through structured pilots and put effective approaches into use from campaign planning through execution and analysis. - Partner with data colleagues to combine paid, organic, email, and event performance into automated reporting. - Develop AI-supported lead scoring and qualification workflows with marketing stakeholders. - Enable agents to assist with channel tasks such as paid campaign adjustments, creative uploads, and lifecycle campaign setup. - Create self-service tools, measure results, and improve workflows through frequent experimentation.

Requirements - 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or go-to-market engineering, with a working understanding of campaign lifecycles and channel reporting. - Hands-on experience shipping workflows that connect multiple tools and handle imperfect inputs and decisions. - Practical experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar. - Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting when a no-code tool is insufficient. - A process-oriented approach, with the ability to map a workflow and identify friction before choosing a solution. - Strong written communication, independence, empathy, and a habit of launching, measuring, and refining work quickly.

Nice to have - Familiarity with marketing-focused AI products, HubSpot, Salesforce, customer data platforms, or account-based marketing tools. - SQL and Snowflake experience for reporting pipelines; creative or brand operations experience; or use of AI-assisted development tools.

Benefits and work setup - US-based remote role in a documentation-focused, low-meeting work environment. - Listed base salary is $135,000–$180,000, with equity and benefits.
