Solution Consultant

Role overview

Deliver and support enterprise cybersecurity solutions in customer environments, covering deployment, integration, migration, operations, and ongoing maintenance. You will act as a technical adviser on cyber defense, coordinate with customer stakeholders and internal support teams, and help ensure services are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate customer deployments, migrations, testing, and integration work across large enterprise environments. - Translate technical requirements into proposed solutions, then configure and integrate approved capabilities into customer infrastructure. - Produce technical documentation and briefings, including system and data-flow diagrams, test plans, reports, operating procedures, and playbooks. - Support testing, troubleshooting, and problem resolution through hands-on investigation, log review, triage, and coordination with support and engineering teams. - Monitor system health, availability, and functionality; analyze operational data and recommend ways to address issues. - Maintain customer relationships, communicate feedback and technical concerns, and work with customer success and service-delivery colleagues.

Requirements

- Experience supporting cybersecurity or IT in large-scale operational environments, especially cyber defense. - Background in incident analysis, developing defensive capabilities, and designing or implementing security solutions. - Ability to plan and deliver technical deployments, integrations, testing, or migrations with varied stakeholders. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including reviewing logs and assessing system behavior. - Clear written and verbal communication for technical documentation, briefings, and customer discussions. - Self-direction and a strong interest in cybersecurity and information technology.
