Sr Product Manager - Legal and Compliance

Role overview Set long-term product strategy and guide a portfolio of Legal and Compliance capabilities within a broader business strategy. The role connects customer and stakeholder needs with risk, privacy, operational, and enterprise priorities, then steers cross-functional teams toward measurable improvements and sustained value.

Responsibilities - Develop product direction and roadmaps using personas, use cases, customer benefits, and solution value. - Work with stakeholders to identify technology opportunities that simplify workflows, improve work visibility, and strengthen operational effectiveness. - Balance usability, compliance obligations, risk, operational efficiency, and delivery capacity when sequencing investments. - Define and track KPIs, using data, user feedback, and process insights to assess outcomes and address performance gaps. - Align business, technology, delivery, and product teams on priorities, releases, and implementation plans; resolve conflicts constructively. - Engage customers and users to uncover needs, test product hypotheses, and refine solutions; coach product owners and teams in product and agile practices.

Requirements - Product management experience guiding a complex portfolio and long-term roadmap. - Ability to translate business strategies and user needs into prioritized product outcomes and measurable KPIs. - Skill in stakeholder alignment, trade-off discussions, and coordination across business and technology teams. - Ability to use customer feedback, data, and process knowledge to evaluate opportunities and improve results. - Experience coaching product owners or product teams and supporting effective product practices. - Financial and planning skills to manage product budgets and consider return on investment.

Nice to have Experience with large, complex initiatives; user interface design and usability practices; product tools for roadmaps, backlogs, and customer feedback; and advanced use of office productivity software.
