Role overview A remote-first, full-funnel digital marketing agency that manages significant paid media spend across performance, brand, design, and measurement disciplines is hiring a Designer to join its Creative team. Working alongside creative leads, the Designer executes high-volume brand and performance marketing deliverables across a variety of channels, industries, and clients, contributing to research, creative development, and production while growing their craft.
Responsibilities - Execute and produce high volumes of creative deliverables across multiple digital channels, applying strong fundamentals and aligning to creative briefs and project objectives. - Assist creative leads with research, audits, production execution, and the preparation of client deliverables aligned to client briefs. - Participate actively in collaborative efforts within the Creative department and cross-functionally, contributing to all aspects of the creative process. - Develop a working understanding of how creative services contribute to the agency's broader offering and to client business outcomes. - Translate brand standards and guidelines into executions that work across multiple digital marketing channels and tactics, including UI/UX for high-converting landing pages.
Requirements - A portfolio showcasing digital marketing campaign work across a variety of brands, with supporting results and insights. - Demonstrated ability to manage and produce large volumes of deliverables under concurrent deadlines through an efficient production process. - Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch. - High attention to detail and expertise in applying hierarchy, visual balance, photography, illustration, typography, and composition to communicate complex ideas clearly. - Comfort working as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with openness to learning, growth, and data-driven creative optimization.
Nice to have - Experience with UI/UX design for high-converting landing pages, including an understanding of how layout, hierarchy, and messaging placement affect conversion.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first role based in Canada, Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM in the candidate's timezone with flexible hours. - Full-time, permanent position. - Starting base compensation of $57,000–$65,000 CAD with a full pay band up to $68,000, plus benefits. - Comprehensive benefits including paid vacation and wellbeing time, health, dental, and paramedical coverage, internal career coaches, career development support, and an inclusive, respectful workplace culture. - Must already be legally authorized to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
