Lead Mobile Developer - React Native

Role overview Lead client-facing mobile engagements with a React Native focus, combining strategic consulting with hands-on coding and team coaching. The position calls for a balanced mindset, equally comfortable shaping technical vision with clients and shipping quality code alongside teammates.

Responsibilities - Advocate and adopt best practices including TDD, mobile architecture patterns, pair programming, and clean, reusable code. - Own or participate across the full delivery cycle, from ideation through production evolution. - Apply React Native expertise to deliver platform-appropriate, seamless, human-centered mobile experiences. - Design solutions and pick technologies within constraints, making pragmatic tradeoffs for client needs. - Drive continuous delivery to improve software delivery speed and quality. - Champion DevSecOps tooling and culture, embedding security earlier in development.

Requirements - Fluency in two or more mobile development languages (such as Swift, Kotlin, Dart, or JavaScript), with experience in modern UI SDKs and frameworks like Swift UI, Jetpack Compose, or Flutter. - History of leading software teams using Agile, Lean, or continuous delivery approaches including TDD, CI, pairing, and infrastructure automation. - Understanding of mobile-specific challenges such as vendor lock-in, constrained environments, offline operation, discrete release cycles, accessibility, and privacy. - Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction, mentor peers, and translate business needs into software requirements. - Comfort designing a technical vision tied to business outcomes and navigating ambiguous situations.

Nice to have - Working knowledge of mobile DevOps tools such as fastlane or Gradle. - Curiosity about functional programming, modern UI architecture, and platform engineering.
