Lead Mobile Developer - iOS

Role overview Lead iOS mobile delivery from early technical direction through production evolution, balancing hands-on development with team leadership and client collaboration. Shape practical solutions around user and business needs, and coach developers while continuing to contribute code.

Responsibilities - Set technical direction with clients and teams, turning business needs into software requirements and pragmatic design choices. - Guide delivery across the software lifecycle, from ideation and implementation to deployment and ongoing improvement. - Build accessible, privacy-conscious mobile experiences suited to platform constraints and user needs. - Promote clean, reusable code and engineering practices such as test-driven development, pairing, design collaboration, and continuous integration. - Improve delivery through continuous delivery and DevSecOps practices, including integrating security into development. - Mentor teammates, advocate for technical quality, and help product-focused teams deliver meaningful outcomes.

Requirements - Strong SwiftUI experience and proficiency in at least one additional mobile development language, such as Kotlin, Dart, or JavaScript. - Experience leading software teams using Agile or Lean methods and practices such as test-driven development, pairing, continuous integration, or infrastructure automation. - Ability to account for mobile-specific constraints, including restricted execution environments, intermittent connectivity, release cycles, accessibility, and privacy. - Skill in developing technical vision that aligns with business value and translating between product and engineering concerns. - Ability to influence and mentor others, adapt to changing circumstances, and work through ambiguity while remaining hands-on.

Nice to have - Familiarity with mobile delivery pipeline tools such as Fastlane or Gradle. - Interest in continuing to learn across functional programming, modern interface patterns, architecture, and platform engineering.
