Responsibilities - Drive comprehensive research and analysis across industry trends, technology landscapes, business processes, and competitive benchmarks, using AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation - Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information to surface patterns, risks, and opportunities - Support client engagements by preparing executive-ready presentations, facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, and contributing to strategic assessments and roadmaps - Apply AI responsibly to enhance the speed and quality of advisory work, building repeatable AI-driven workflows for research and content development - Review all work products for accuracy, structure, insight, and evidence before sharing with clients, proactively identifying gaps or inconsistencies - Contribute to practice improvement by capturing reusable frameworks, sharing lessons learned, and enhancing research approaches across the team

Requirements - 4-6 years of professional experience in management or technology consulting, business analysis, technology strategy, product management, or analytics roles - Technical background demonstrated through a relevant degree or prior hands-on experience - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, comfortable working with ambiguity and complex, ill-defined problems - Comfort using GenAI and LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, and ChatGPT to enhance research and content creation, with awareness of how to validate AI-generated outputs - Experience conducting comprehensive research across industry, market, and technology landscapes alongside business process and data analysis - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively to executive stakeholders
