Role overview Anchor strategic advisory engagements by framing complex business and technology challenges, validating hypotheses, and quantifying trade-offs to produce executive-ready insights. The role blends rigorous consulting practice with an AI-native workflow, using generative AI tools to accelerate research and content while ensuring every recommendation is grounded in robust evidence and structural precision.
Responsibilities - Drive comprehensive research and analysis across industry trends, technology landscapes, business processes, and competitive benchmarks, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight generation. - Translate complex business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information to surface patterns, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs. - Support client engagements through executive-ready presentations, workshops, business and technology requirement documentation, and contributions to strategic assessments and roadmaps. - Apply AI responsibly to accelerate research, support content development, and build repeatable AI-driven advisory workflows. - Review work products for accuracy, structure, insight, and evidence before they reach clients, proactively identifying gaps or inconsistencies. - Capture reusable frameworks, share lessons learned, and continuously improve research approaches and analytical methods across the advisory practice. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including advisors, architects, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders.
Requirements - 4-6 years of professional experience in management or technology consulting, business analysis, technology strategy, product management, digital transformation, data, research, or analytics roles. - Relevant technical degree or prior technical experience providing a solid technology foundation. - Proven experience connecting business needs with practical technology solutions on technology-enabled initiatives. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, comfortable with ambiguity and complex problem framing. - Proficiency with AI tools such as GenAI and LLM platforms, with sound judgment on validating AI-generated outputs. - Experience conducting comprehensive research across industry, market, and technology landscapes, plus business process and data analysis. - Ability to structure complex problems into manageable workstreams and develop evidence-based recommendations. - Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex concepts persuasively to executive audiences. - Background from a professional management consultancy with a rigorous, client-centric approach. - Resilience in ambiguous situations and a passion for continuous improvement, particularly through AI.
