IT Consultant (m/w/d)

Role overview This is a permanent, full-time IT Consultant position within a Professional Services team, supporting enterprise software implementation projects for business customers. The role combines requirement engineering, solution architecture, and technical leadership, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Linux-based environments. It is offered on a remote basis with hubs in Berlin, Bremen, and Leipzig.

Responsibilities - Lead requirement engineering workshops and translate customer needs into solution designs for enterprise software deployments. - Act as a Solution Architect and Technical Lead on IAM-focused implementation projects, guiding configuration and integration decisions. - Coordinate across consulting, technical, and customer stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. - Support solution design reviews and provide senior-level input on technical approaches. - Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal best practices for consulting engagements.

Requirements - Several years of experience in IT consulting, software implementation, or a related role, including senior project involvement. - Strong background in requirement engineering and solution architecture for enterprise software. - Hands-on knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts and tooling. - Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to lead technical workstreams and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
