Role overview
A senior product leadership role within a customer experience, product, and design consulting practice, partnering with banking and fintech clients to build or reimagine digital products end to end. The position leads large, multi-workstream programmes and helps clients adopt modern, AI-enabled ways of working while growing account relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing hands-on product expertise from discovery through delivery and measurement. - Drive lean, hypothesis-driven product development and shape an effective product operating model within client organisations. - Develop market, competitive, go-to-market, and business case analyses that underpin new product investments. - Lead large, complex programmes spanning multiple workstreams, owning strategy, roadmap, scope, and outcomes end to end. - Apply consultative selling during pre-sales, diagnosing client needs and co-creating solutions that convert into engagements. - Advise clients on where AI can meaningfully accelerate research, discovery, delivery, and measurement, while piloting emerging tools. - Contribute to practice-level assets such as case studies, repeatable frameworks, and points of view, and support account growth targets.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of product leadership experience building and launching products and scaling high-performing product organisations. - Track record leading large-scale, complex programmes with senior stakeholder groups. - Experience with commercial modelling, monetisation strategy, and embedding an innovation mindset at enterprise scale. - Depth in market and customer research, value proposition design, and lean experimentation approaches. - Fluency in AI and its practical application across the product lifecycle, including evaluating and piloting AI-enabled tools. - Strong consultative selling skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to operate with ambiguity.
