Role overview
A senior product leadership role embedded within a customer experience, product, and design consulting practice, focused on the airlines and travel sector. The position partners with executive clients to take new digital products from concept through market launch to scale, blending strategy, design, and technology into coherent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, shaping recommendations and providing hands-on expertise across product strategy, discovery, and delivery. - Drive lean, hypothesis-led product development from ideation through pilot, validating desirability, viability, and feasibility before scale-up. - Build market and competitive analyses, go-to-market plans, and business cases that quantify the economic opportunity for each product initiative. - Lead stakeholder groups through transformation toward empowered, customer-centric product teams tied to measurable business outcomes. - Shape proposals and pitches during pre-sales, helping clients understand the value of structured product practices. - Contribute to practice growth by authoring case studies, points of view, and reusable frameworks, while mentoring colleagues and supporting recruiting.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience leading new products from concept to launch and scale, including go-to-market strategy and new revenue stream development. - Background in commercial and economic modelling, including monetisation strategy and business case construction. - Demonstrated success embedding an innovation mindset at enterprise scale and sustaining investment across strategic horizons. - Depth in market, customer, and competitive research to surface strategic growth opportunities. - Expertise shaping vision and roadmaps at company, portfolio, and product levels, with clear value-based success measures. - Strong consulting skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for action that turns complex problems into sequenced steps.

- C-suite advisory experience at the intersection of technology and business, with strong storytelling and persuasion skills. - Comfort contributing to external thought leadership through articles, white papers, or speaking engagements.
