Responsibilities - Write clean, reusable code using practices such as test-driven development, pair programming, and established design patterns. - Apply continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end customers. - Work in collaborative, value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes aligned with UX specifications. - Advocate and demonstrate DevOps culture alongside technologists from other disciplines. - Take ownership beyond individual deliverables, consistently pushing for strong client outcomes. - Apply the latest technology thinking from an internal technology radar to client problems.

Requirements - Two or more years of professional software development experience. - Experience with one or more development languages such as Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, or C#, including object-oriented programming. - Ability to write clean, high-quality code in multiple languages and improve existing code. - Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous Delivery approaches. - Good awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools and practices. - Thrives in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment that values transparency, openness, feedback, and change. - Resilient in ambiguous situations and able to approach challenges from multiple perspectives. - Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with a desire to create the right solution for business problems.

Nice to have - Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
