Working Student (gn) - Application Management

Role overview A part-time working student position embedded in an Application Management team, supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to digitalization and IT projects. The role is designed for students who want hands-on experience with enterprise applications, digital processes, and modern tools in a fast-moving e-commerce and consumer products environment.

Responsibilities - Help evaluate new applications and software solutions - Maintain and update the application landscape and related documentation - Document processes and contribute to a structured knowledge base - Analyze software licenses and surface opportunities for optimization - Provide 1st-level support for selected business applications - Contribute to small Application Management and IT Service Management projects - Assist in preparing analyses, reports, and decision materials tied to the application landscape

Requirements - Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field - Interest in enterprise software and digital business processes - Initial practical experience in an IT environment is a plus - Structured, independent working style with strong analytical thinking - Good written and spoken German and English - Comfort with modern digital tools and AI-powered applications
