Senior Technical Product Manager - Keet (100% Remote)

Role overview This is a senior product leadership role for a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling application that runs without central servers, intermediaries, or data harvesting. The mission is to take a private, end-to-end encrypted communication product from its current trajectory to a billion users, competing directly with the largest chat platforms on the market.

Responsibilities - Own and articulate the long-term product vision, including a credible roadmap toward mass-market scale, and present it to executive leadership and the board - Analyze major competing messaging and calling apps to identify where the peer-to-peer architecture creates a durable advantage, and shape the roadmap around those differentiators - Define and measure growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and virality with explicit targets at each stage - Develop a working understanding of the underlying peer-to-peer runtime and translate its capabilities and constraints into product decisions - Partner with core engineering on hard scaling problems such as NAT traversal, offline sync, multi-device support, large groups, push notifications, and mobile battery and data efficiency - Own the real-time calling experience, including one-to-one and group voice and video plus screen sharing, to a quality bar matching leading video conferencing tools - Use AI coding and design tools to rapidly prototype new concepts and prove them with working software in days rather than months - Track every dependency, review every ticket, and keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping any thread

Requirements - Track record of shipping consumer chat or calling products at meaningful scale as a product visionary - Deep technical fluency in peer-to-peer architecture, distributed runtimes, and the ability to translate engineering constraints into product trade-offs - Hands-on builder who can use AI tools to prototype and validate ideas quickly - Demonstrated ability to set a high bar, move at speed, and lead from the front rather than delegate execution - Comfort presenting strategy, metrics, and progress to executives and boards with clarity and conviction
