About this role
Role overview Lead implementation delivery for a healthcare operations product focused on perioperative care coordination. You will guide a team through complex technical and clinical deployments, helping hospitals achieve measurable value while improving implementation quality and time to impact. The position works closely with client executives and internal product, engineering, sales, and delivery partners to shape scalable solutions.
Responsibilities - Build and manage an implementation team, including resource planning, forecasting, coaching, and performance development. - Develop expertise in pre-anesthesia and pre-surgical workflows to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement. - Partner with hospital teams and internal groups to plan implementations around client goals and a consistent approach to measuring return on investment. - Own the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of complex technical implementations. - Represent delivery in executive meetings and steering committees, gathering feedback and building client confidence through successful outcomes. - Help align product direction and cross-functional work across client IT, clinical workflows, sales planning, and product roadmaps.
Requirements - At least three years of experience leading an implementation function with strategic accountability. - Record of improving implementation processes, customer outcomes, and team capability. - Experience creating repeatable delivery models that reduce time to value through standardization, automation, or implementation tiers. - Ability to balance customer-specific needs with consistent delivery in complex healthcare environments. - Deep knowledge of healthcare IT and hospital electronic medical record integrations. - Strong communication, executive stakeholder management, and systems thinking.
Nice to have - Direct experience with Epic or Cerner. - Background leading hospital EMR implementations. - Experience building high-performing teams in mission-oriented settings.

The listed salary range is $160,000–$180,000 USD. Employment is contingent on satisfactory background and drug screening.
