About this role
Role overview
This hands-on Product Manager role is suited to someone with a software-engineering background who can connect product strategy, systems architecture, and delivery. You will guide products that help organizations create, test, monitor, and operate AI agents for complex workflows, with particular attention to reliability, security, auditability, developer experience, and measurable business outcomes. The role owns the journey from problem discovery and roadmap definition through launch, adoption, and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, prioritization, execution, and ongoing improvement. - Conduct customer discovery and convert operational needs into clearly prioritized problems, outcomes, and measurable success criteria. - Write detailed product specifications covering scope, non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, service-level objectives, and rollout plans. - Partner with engineering on architecture, APIs, distributed-system considerations, technical trade-offs, and delivery risks. - Define and monitor product metrics using analytics, logs, experiments, and customer feedback to guide iteration. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving enterprise capabilities, governance, observability, deployments, documentation, demos, and enablement. - Plan quality safeguards such as QA coverage, pilot programs, feature flags, controlled rollouts, and emergency disablement mechanisms.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience across product management and related roles. - Strong technical fluency with APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, performance, reliability, and security concepts. - Ability to read code, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and work comfortably with engineers on edge cases. - Consistent ability to produce concise, actionable specifications and status updates. - Strong prioritization, risk-management, delivery, and end-to-end ownership skills. - Comfort operating in enterprise environments where reliability, security, compliance, and auditability are important.
Nice to have
- Experience building enterprise products or partnering with security and compliance teams. - Prototyping experience and exposure to both zero-to-one product work and high-growth scaling phases.
Benefits and work setup
- Equity participation, flexible paid time off, a budget for AI productivity tools, and company-provided professional equipment. - Global product exposure, direct access to founders, and an opportunity to shape how AI agents operate in real-world environments.
