Role overview

Support the functional delivery and improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions by translating business needs into system configuration and specifications. You will connect business stakeholders with technical teams, helping ensure that finance, supply chain, or operations workflows are represented effectively in the system.

Responsibilities

- Lead discussions with business teams to gather requirements and document current and desired processes. - Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365. - Configure and support relevant modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Central. - Assess gaps between business requirements and system capabilities, and prepare Functional Design Documents. - Support User Acceptance Testing, helping users validate that the solution meets agreed needs. - Provide functional guidance, user training, and support after implementation; coordinate reporting requirements with technical teams and Power BI developers.

Requirements

- At least five years of experience as a functional consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Business Central. - Strong knowledge of financial processes, supply chain management, or core business operations. - Practical experience gathering requirements, configuring modules, and supporting testing. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, such as MB-300, MB-310, or MB-800.
