Role overview
Own the applied AI capabilities behind an agent system, from how it plans and coordinates tasks to how it communicates with users and responds when something goes wrong. As a founding engineer, you will make key decisions about agent behavior, memory, and tool use.
Responsibilities - Design and build agent orchestration and multi-model reasoning workflows. - Develop tool calling through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). - Create and evolve the agent’s memory layer. - Build the voice interaction loop. - Define how the agent plans tasks and when it should ask users before taking action. - Improve how the agent detects, handles, and recovers from errors.
