Founding AI Engineer

Role overview Build the AI reasoning and review experience for a technical interview product that conducts voice and coding interviews. The work centers on guiding interviews with relevant follow-up questions and turning conversation and coding activity into structured evidence for hiring teams. You’ll work closely with the founder and take features from design through release.

Responsibilities - Develop the reasoning flow that guides an AI interviewer through a technical interview. - Create follow-up questions that respond to candidates’ answers and work. - Convert live interview conversations into structured material that hiring teams can review. - Own features from implementation through release and explain the design decisions behind them.

Requirements - Ability to build and debug AI features and explain how their behavior is produced. - Ability to turn conversational data into structured, reviewable outputs. - Willingness to take ownership of features through delivery and communicate design choices.
