Principal AI Researcher

Role overview Advance AI research and applications that help turn complex biological data into practical discoveries for medicine. In this principal-level role, you’ll work with scientists, engineers, and drug discovery experts on research spanning discovery, design, and translation, with an emphasis on scalable biomedical applications.

Responsibilities - Conduct frontier AI research with a focus on real-world biomedical impact. - Develop end-to-end applications that support drug discovery and related research. - Work with cross-functional experts to connect AI methods with biological and medical questions. - Contribute to efforts that use large-scale data and computational infrastructure to accelerate discovery.

Requirements - PhD in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or equivalent practical experience. - 10+ years of experience in frontier AI research. - Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional AI projects. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Interest in applying research to practical outcomes and willingness to learn unfamiliar subject areas.

Nice to have - Background in biomedicine or drug discovery.
